Austin Zelnik’s career in the marine industry began in 2015 at TNT Marine Center, where she started as a dock hand. He steadily worked his way up through the organization, transitioning into the office as a receptionist and office assistant before being promoted to Office Manager and, later, General Manager.

Barbara Garcia

Barbara possesses all the required skills to excel as TNT Marine Center’s Senior Business Manager. She is a huge asset in supporting the corporate accounting and operations teams. Barbara shows good judgment and makes decisions based on what is best for the organization while also being sensitive to customers’ needs.

In 2025, Barbara played a pivotal role working with contractors on the office and restroom remodel at TNT Marine. She holds extensive experience in accounting, property management, customer service and has over 25 years’ experience in business management. Barbara is thorough in all communications, and this is evidenced by her positive working relationships with employees, vendors, and customers alike.

Linda Marin is the Senior Marina Customer Service Specialist at TNT Marine Center, where she leverages more than 20 years of customer service expertise and direct hands-on experience in the marine industry to deliver seamless support and elevate the overall client experience at the marina.

As a partner in a marine detailing business, Linda has successfully managed accounting, service coordination, and client communication—skills that directly contribute to maintaining operational consistency, streamlining workflows, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functions at TNT Marine Center. Her background also includes working inside a marina environment, giving her an intimate understanding of the unique needs of boat owners, captains, and crew. This insight allows her to anticipate requirements, uphold the highest industry standards, and coordinate services efficiently without disruption.

Known for her organized, reliable, and approachable style, Linda focuses on keeping marina operations running smoothly while ensuring every client receives attentive, professional care. By minimizing unnecessary back-and-forth and proactively resolving needs, she helps create a stress-free environment that builds trust, fosters repeat business and strengthens the marina’s reputation for exceptional service.
